Sustainable Fashion
Fashion Alive is an international collaboration. We’re a platform dedicated to the development and promotion of zero waste pattern-making and fashion design. Through the utilization of unique methods and approaches in the creation of designs, we will ignite exchange, inspiration and the transfer of know-how across borders and boundaries.
How?
We would like to promote sustainable practices in the creative fashion industry by generating attractive events to engage wider audiences and raise awareness on this important subject.
To this effect, we’ll be organizing unique and highly engaging catwalks, with video mapping displays in Barcelona, Braga and Caserta; followed by round-table discussions on the topic of sustainable fashion. So stay tuned and follow our website and social media for updates!
Zero Waste
Zero Waste Fashion requires unlearning and relearning fashion design methods and practices. By doing so can we create new design paradigms that minimize waste of precious resources, and create Innovative artistic techniques that propose new means of representation for aesthetic elements and cultural thinking concepts.
